Prices include any VAT that applies. Payments are handled by Stripe, so this site never sees your card details. You can change your card, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel from Settings, under Manage billing. A subscription you cancel stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and then your account returns to Free: what you have set up is kept, but you can no longer add Plus features.
